This is the final project for a grant writing course. For this grant we were required to research companies, or in this case a nonprofit, who could benefit from a grant and write about what their needs were. The next step was to find a grant fitting the needs of the nonprofit we decided to work with. Once we had the appropriate information, we had to write up a budget and formal report to apply for the grant. This project was full of many learning opportunities, particularly when it came to the amount of research needed to find appropriate nonprofit and grant combinations.
